Biography

Neal Birmingham is the Fiscal Operations Coordinator for the UF/IFAS Extension County Operations Office. Neal works directly with the office administrative assistant and has an integral role in the daily operations of the office. Neal is the fiscal contact person for State and Federal funds disbursed through the County Operations Office. He is the lead for monitoring and approving purchase card charges for Extension faculty and staff members. Included in his duties is his role as a Department Security Administrator for the Extension agents and their staff.

Neal comes to UF from the Department of Defense and more recently the Army National Guard headquarters in Arlington, VA, where he worked as a financial management analyst.
