NOTE: If you are attending the Beef Cattle Short Course, this counts as Symposium attendance. Please see the travel section for more information and the link below:

Travel

Because there is not a Registration Fee associated with the 2019 Extension Symposium, a Peoplesoft Travel Authorization (TA) is not required and is strongly discouraged. If you submit a TA, it will be denied.

Please retain all travel-related receipts so that you can attach them to your Expense Report (ER), after you return from your trip. Even if your Lodging is pre-paid using a UF Pcard, please attach your hotel receipt/folio to your ER. Upon returning, please use ChartField 60357000-103-3300-CRRNT to create your ER.

The registration fee for the Beef Cattle Short Course is also acceptable with this travel. PLEASE CONTACT VAL OR BETH FOR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
