Welcome to the 2022 EPAF Conference on-line registration


Important Registration Dates & Fees


In-person conference:

Early Bird Registration: June 1 – July 15: $500

Regular Registration: July 16 – August 15: $550

Late Registration: August 15 – August 23: $600


All registration fees must be postmarked or received by August 23, 2022. An additional $25 late fee will be charged after the deadline has passed.  Late fee will be collected on-site.

All attendees, including Extension faculty, staff, award recipients, retirees, and guests must register. Please complete a separate registration for each individual. The daily registration fee without meals is $25.


The Dean’s office is graciously providing $500.00 to county & state faculty attending this year’s conference. You must be present for all Wednesday and Thursday meals and sessions to receive the $500.00.


Do NOT complete a TA until after July 1st - All Attendees are required to complete a TA regardless of payment method.


County Faculty

  • If you paid for EPAF registration last year using the Dean’s chartfields $500 will be automatically credited to your registration this year.
  • Please use chartfield number 60356000-103-3300-CYFWD for your registration expense on your TA


State Faculty

  • State faculty should ask your fiscal staff to contact Keith Gouin at keithg@ufl.edu for a budget transfer. Funding will come to your department as 103-3300-CYFWD.


The EPAF Board has instituted a $100 Facilities Fee to encourage everyone to stay at the conference hotel. Before completing your on-line registration, you must have a hotel confirmation number. For those sharing a room use the same confirmation number and make sure both names appear on the hotel reservation. The only attendees exempt from the facilities fee are those that: choose Daily Registration only or have an office within 50 miles of the resort.

The group rate is $143.00 per night and resort Fees have been WAIVED

  1. Complete the EPAF Conference Registration – please read all instructions first to avoid over charging yourself or missing important questions.
  2. Complete payment via link provided by email after registration is submitted.


Annie Wallau (aasheldon@ufl.edu) is the EPAF Registration Chair if you have any questions.  Please do not submit more than one registration for an individual. If you feel an error was made or it did not go through, contact Annie for verification.


Refunds & Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be granted after the conference begins!

Conference registrations may be cancelled without penalty through 11:59pm August 23, 2022. After that date, all cancellations will be charged a fee of $220.
