Important Registration Dates & Fees
In-person conference:
Regular FULL Registration: March 1-April 28: $550
Late FULL Registration: April 29-May 11: $650
On-site FULL Registration: $700
Hotel block availability - Block date for hotel ends on April 10th and rates will increase unless rooms are available.
Individual Daily Registration – Varies; see below
Monday: $30 regular; $55 late; $65 on-site
Tuesday: $210 regular; $235 late; $245 on-site
Wednesday: $235 regular; $260 late; $270 on-site
Thursday: $85 regular; 110 late; $120 on-site
Guests and awardees attending meal-only functions are not charged the $50 conference registration fee unless they are attending sessions
All registration fees must be postmarked or received by April 28, 2025. An additional $50 on-site late fee will be charged after the deadline has passed. Late fees will be collected on-site. Meals are not guaranteed at on-site registration.
Hotel Reservations
Each reservation must be guaranteed with first night’s room, resort charge (waived), and tax with a major credit card. This deposit is due and will be charged on May 1, 2025, prior to the cut-off-date, and is subject to a “72 hour” cancellation policy to avoid forfeiture. Any reservation not canceled in accordance with the reservation policies (must notify hotel 72 hours prior to check in date if you need to cancel room reservation to avoid penalty) will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax, and will be charged against the individual’s deposit.
All attendees, including Extension faculty, staff, award recipients, retirees, and guests must register separately. Please complete a separate registration for each individual.
The Dean’s office is graciously providing $550.00 to county & state faculty attending this year’s conference. You must be present for all Wednesday and Thursday meals and sessions to receive the $550.00.
County and State Faculty
- You must complete a Travel Request (TR) using Chartfield number: 60052000-103-3300-CYFWD (include UFID of registrant)
Guests and Retirees
- Please note that guests and retirees should register as well.
The EPAF Board has instituted a $100 Facilities Fee to encourage everyone to stay at the conference hotel. Before completing your on-line registration, you must have a hotel confirmation number. For those sharing a room use the same confirmation number and make sure both names appear on the hotel reservation. The only attendees exempt from the facilities fee are those that: choose Daily Registration only or have an office within 50 miles of the resort.

The group rate is $151.00 per night and resort Fees have been WAIVED. Book before April 10th. Block date for hotel ends on April 10th and rates will increase unless rooms are available.
- Complete the EPAF/Symposium Conference Registration – please read all instructions first to avoid over charging yourself or missing important questions.
- Complete payment via link provided by email after registration is submitted.
Please do not submit more than one registration for an individual. If you feel an error was made or if you have any questions, contact Mary Lee Sale (msale@ufl.edu) for verification.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be granted after the conference begins!
Conference registrations may be cancelled without penalty through 11:59pm May 1, 2025. After that date, all cancellations will be charged a fee of $250.
