Agriculturalist of the Year and Specialist of the Year
Each year 2 Specialists and 4 Outstanding Agriculturalists are selected based on professional accomplishments and support of Extension programs and efforts.
FACAA Outstanding Agriculturalist is a Friend of Extension Award and the nomination should include:
- Nominee’s contact information including name, Farm/Ranch/Company, title (if applicable), address, phone, and email
- List in bullet format (no more than 10 bullets each):

- Professional accomplishments
- Support of Extension programs and efforts

- A summary (150 words or less) describing the nominee, accomplishments, and support (this is what will go in the program book should the nominee be selected
- Nominator’s name and email address
- A high-resolution headshot photograph of the nominee (preferred to be submitted with the nomination, but if unavailable prior to submitting this will be needed ASAP if the nominee is selected, so be on the ready)
Specialist of the Year nominations should include:
