Contracts, Memorandums of Understanding and Agreements

Before signing any contractual document, forward it for review to Keith Gouin at keithg@ufl.edu.  All contracts, leases, agreements, memorandums of understanding, etc. that obligate UF in any way must be reviewed prior to signing to ensure that the obligation meets the laws of the State of Florida, the terms of any grants that may be involved, and University policy.  We will also help you make sure that the document is signed at the appropriate level.
