Postage
Extension Administration provides support for 1st class postage at county Extension offices (and several other locations). We are transitioning from the Pitney Bowes meters to a new system that utilizes online software. The software is accessed using a local computer and uses a USB postage scale and stamp printer that plug into that same computer. CED/supervisors can access the system for reporting/monitoring purposes from any computer. This system is called SendPro Enterprise; our site is found at https://ufledu.sendproenterprise.com/.
Extension Administration will pay for the software subscription and postage used, as well as stamp rolls for the special stamp printer. (Request stamp rolls via email keithg@ufl.edu).
