The 2024 EPAF Conference is just around the corner, August 26-29, 2024, at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort, Daytona, Beach. You will need your hotel confirmation number to register for EPAF when registration opens. The hotel reservation link is open, so everyone needs to make their hotel reservations. Each reservation must be guaranteed with first night’s room, resort charge, and tax with a major credit card. This deposit is due and will be charged, 10 days prior to check in date and is subject to a “72 hour” cancellation policy to avoid forfeiture. Any reservation not canceled in accordance with the reservation policies (must notify hotel 72 hours prior to check in date if you need to cancel room reservation to avoid penalty) will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax and will be charged against the individual’s deposit.
When you open the hotel reservation link be sure to check the top of the page to make sure you set the reservation for the dates you plan on staying at the hotel. Currently the page is set for Checking in on Sunday, August 25 and checking out on Thursday, August 29, 2024. You will need to insert the dates you will be staying at the hotel if these are the night you plan to stay. Double checking this information will prevent issues when you get to the hotel. I have put together examples for nights individuals may be making reservations for. This is the information that will need to show at the top of the page. Hopefully, this information will be helpful, and we will not have issues that we had last year with hotel reservations.
