Time & Labor Training
General Information
Employees may enter their own time and leave via My Self Service > Time Reporting. Supervisors use Manager Self Service > Time Management to review exceptions and approve time and leave. Please refer to the HR web site and Payroll web site to get more detailed information about leave and payroll.
Get Trained
Before receiving security to approve time, you will need to:
- Review the Time and Labor training handout and payroll deadlines.
- Go to the Time and Labor Web Simulation. When you get to the link, expand the WEB: Time & Labor selection.
- Review all the modules
- Take the test for Approving Time and Leave, fax the passing grade to our office at 352-392-5259 or send a PDF of the passing grade to our email address: countyops@ifas.ufl.edu.
