Regular registration starts today and ends on April 6. Please register early!
You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation through our specific Cvent event link.
Parking registration is in addition to and separate from your Cvent registration.
A credit card will be required to make the reservation, but you will only be responsible for hotel incidentals. Extension Business Services will direct pay the room charge on your behalf.
Some important items to note:

Chartfield: UFGO Travel Request (TR) and Travel Expense Report (TER) 60052000-103-3300-CYFWD (Include UFID of traveler)

Registration: Use your PCard to pay for the registration fee. If you do not have a PCard, work with your CED to have them pay on your behalf with their PCard. The registration fee will cover your participation in the event as well as some meals. You will need to pay for meals not covered by the registration fee and submit an expense report for reimbursement at the state rate.

Hotel: You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. Please use our special event link: Book your group rate for UFIFAS Florida Cooperative

Rooms are single or double occupancy. A credit card is required for hotel reservations, as they will hold $50 in case there are hotel incidentals. Extension Business Services will pay the room charge directly on your behalf at the end of the event.
Please note - see instructions for those living within 50 miles of the conference.

Travel: You will need to submit a Travel Request (TR) and ensuing Travel Expense Report (TER) for your registration fee, meals not covered as part of the conference, and any associated travel such as mileage, rental car, etc. [PH1] Preference is to drive a State/County vehicle, where applicable.

Guests: Please indicate if you are traveling with a guest. There is an additional charge of $100 to cover your guest’s attendance at the evening reception and breakfasts. The guest fee must be paid with a personal credit card. Guests will share the hotel room with the accompanying attendee.
We encourage everyone to register early so that we can start estimating attendance numbers to assist with our planning.
